Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high volume of orders, or other logistics issues.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Additional fees may apply.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at pattyp@milkyseason.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Milky Season is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
